Superbuy is a long-established China buying and parcel-forwarding service with lifetime free basic purchasing fees. You order from Taobao, Tmall and other Chinese stores, get free warehouse inspection and photos, keep goods in storage for 90 days, then consolidate several purchases into one international parcel shipped to more than 200 countries.

What to weigh up

What to check

Free storage runs 90 days from check-in; extensions beyond that are paid, and items left far past the limit can be treated as abandoned.

Optional value-added services such as shoe-box removal, tag removal and power-on testing can make an item non-returnable — choose them deliberately.

Shipping is prepaid against the estimated weight; any difference is refunded to your Superbuy balance rather than straight back to your card.

Payment-method fees differ sharply between top-up routes, so the cheapest-looking balance price is not always the cheapest total.

Exact route availability, service prices and fees change over time; the figures here were recorded in September 2026 and should be re-checked before a large order.

What works well

One of the earliest agent platforms in the industry, operating since 2012 with stable, well-capitalised operations.

Wide payment coverage including cards, Wise, UnionPay, bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay and Bitcoin.

Free warehouse QC photos and 90 days of free storage before you consolidate and ship.

Shipment consolidation plus reinforced packaging options to reduce international shipping cost.

About Superbuy
Founded in 2012, Superbuy was one of the first platforms to build a reverse cross-border shopping model, acting as a one-stop China purchasing agent and international forwarding service for shoppers outside China. It lets overseas buyers order from domestic marketplaces such as Taobao and Tmall without a Chinese address, bank account or local language skills.

The service covers the whole chain: procurement from the seller, warehouse receipt and quality inspection, storage, consolidation, and international delivery. Basic purchasing agent fees are waived for life, inspection photos on arrival are free, and storage runs 90 days at no cost. Buyers can combine several orders into one parcel and add reinforced packaging to cut shipping spend.

Superbuy also publishes a product search tool, the Superbuy Spreadsheet, which gathers a large database of domestic listings so buyers can search, filter and compare sources quickly before importing links into the platform. Shipping covers more than 200 countries and regions across a hundred-plus routes, with bilingual support, multi-currency payment and published fee schedules. The operator is registered as DOT Technology Hong Kong Limited. Independent traffic data places the site among the largest services in this category, with millions of monthly visits, and its audience is concentrated in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and France.
Is Superbuy legit?
Superbuy has operated since 2012 and is one of the earliest reverse cross-border shopping platforms in China, run under DOT Technology Hong Kong Limited. Independent traffic data records well over two million monthly visits, placing it among the largest services in the category. It is a functioning, long-running commercial platform rather than a clone, and its warehouse, QC photo and forwarding processes are auditable through your own order history.
Where Superbuy is popular
Traffic data shows the largest audiences in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and France. That spread matches the service's payment support, which leans on Western cards, Wise and bank transfers while also covering regional wallets across Europe, Latin America and Southeast Asia.
Shipping lines and consolidation
Superbuy runs more than a hundred shipping routes covering over 200 countries and regions, with pricing shown before you commit. Postage is collected as a deposit against estimated weight and any surplus is credited back to your account, which makes consolidation the main lever on cost. Combining warehouse items into one parcel spreads fixed charges and volumetric minimums across more goods, and light fillers such as socks, underwear or phone cases usually add little or nothing to the total.
Payment methods and transaction fees
Payment coverage is unusually broad: cards, Wise, UnionPay, bank transfers, Alipay, WeChat Pay and Bitcoin, plus iDEAL, Trustly, Bancontact, EPS, PayU, BLIK, BANCOMAT Pay, MB WAY, MyBank, PIX, PayID, Kakao Pay, GCash, PromptPay, DANA, Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, PayNow, Mercado Pago and Turkish bank cards. Fees vary widely — the cheapest route recorded was Wise bank transfer at a negative rate, while credit card and Apple Pay carried a surcharge, and regional wallets typically charged between roughly 0.5% and 3.8% plus a small fixed amount. Alipay and WeChat top-ups were free but can take up to an hour to credit. All figures date from September 2026 and should be re-checked.
Value-added services and their cost
Beyond free inspection photos, the warehouse sells a long list of extras: power-on testing for electronics, splitting orders or discarding items, second inspections, thread trimming, tag and shoe-box removal, product video, live model try-on photos, ironing, detailed photography and inspection, vacuum compression bags, bubble column, EPE foam, cowhide bubble bags, dust bags, moisture-proof bags, stretch film, corner protectors, custom packaging, packaging-process video and wooden crate reinforcement. Most are priced between a few cents and a few dollars per piece, with wooden crates the clear outlier at around $40. Returns and exchanges are also metered by monthly frequency, moving from free to a small per-request charge as volume rises.

How to use Superbuy

  1. Step 1 — Start from a Superbuy spreadsheet or a direct link

Open the Superbuy Spreadsheet search tool, enter keywords for what you want and filter by category and price. Product links, images, prices and store details are listed in bulk so you can compare sellers. Copy the links for your chosen items and import them into Superbuy, or paste store links directly if you already know the item.

  2. Step 2 — Submit the order and pay

Place the purchase order and fund it. Superbuy accepts cards, Wise, UnionPay, bank transfers, Alipay, WeChat Pay and Bitcoin, plus many regional wallets, each with different fees — Wise bank transfer was the cheapest route recorded, while cards and Apple Pay add a surcharge. A loyalty points system can be redeemed for shipping discounts, and topping up by bank transfer improves the effective rate.

  3. Step 3 — Inspection, storage and optional extras

Superbuy buys from the seller once your payment clears. On arrival, the warehouse issues three free inspection photos, with three more for Weidian items, and holds everything free for 90 days. Paid extras include detailed inspection, product videos, try-on photos, shoe-box removal, tag removal, ironing, vacuum compression and reinforced packaging. Note that several of these services make the item non-returnable.

  4. Step 4 — Consolidate and ship out

Choose the warehouse items to send, compare shipping routes, and submit them as one parcel. Postage is prepaid on estimated weight, and any overpayment is refunded to your balance. Because charges follow both weight and volume, adding light everyday items to fill a parcel often costs nothing extra. Membership tiers and points can reduce the final shipping bill further.

Superbuy works as a two-stage purchase: first you buy goods into their China warehouse, then you pay again to ship them out. Everything in between — inspection, storage, consolidation — is where the money is saved or lost, so plan a haul before you start ordering.

Finding items. You can paste links directly from Taobao, Tmall and other Chinese stores, or start from the Superbuy Spreadsheet, a table-based search tool that lists product links, images, prices and store details in bulk. Filter by category and price, compare sellers side by side, copy the links that interest you, then import them into Superbuy to place purchase orders.

Paying for goods. Superbuy supports credit and debit cards, Wise, UnionPay, bank transfers, Alipay, WeChat Pay and Bitcoin. Not every route costs the same: Wise bank transfer is the cheapest option we recorded, effectively returning value rather than charging it, while credit card and Apple Pay add a surcharge. Local wallets such as iDEAL, Bancontact, BLIK, PIX, PayID, Kakao Pay, GCash, DANA, Touch 'n Go, PayNow, GrabPay, Mercado Pago and PromptPay are supported with their own small percentage fees. Fund your balance with the cheapest workable method, because the top-up fee is charged on the whole amount you convert.

Warehouse stage. When goods arrive, Superbuy takes free inspection photos — three per item, plus three more for Weidian orders — and stores them free for 90 days. That window is the point of the service: keep ordering, then ship once. Paid extras include detailed inspection, extra photos, product videos, live model try-on photos, trimming loose threads, tag removal, shoe-box removal, vacuum compression, bubble and foam packaging, moisture-proof bags, corner protectors, stretch film and wooden crate reinforcement. Some of these permanently void returns, so apply them only to items you intend to keep.

Shipping out. Consolidate the warehouse items you want into one parcel, compare routes, and submit. Shipping is charged as a deposit against estimated weight; if the actual cost is lower you are refunded the difference to your balance. Charges depend on both weight and volume, so filling leftover space with light everyday goods such as socks, underwear or phone cases rarely adds cost and spreads the fixed part of the fee across more items. A paid membership tier can take a further percentage off international shipping.

Before you commit. Re-check current route lists, service prices and payment fees on the platform, since these change and the numbers recorded here date from September 2026. Treat the warehouse clock as a hard deadline, and keep the total landed cost per item — goods plus top-up fee plus shipping — in view rather than comparing sticker prices alone.

Frequently asked

No. Basic purchasing agent fees are waived for life for registered members. You still pay for shipping, optional value-added services and any payment-method fee attached to the top-up route you choose.

What payment methods does Superbuy accept?

Cards, debit cards, Wise, UnionPay, bank transfers, Alipay, WeChat Pay and Bitcoin, plus regional wallets such as iDEAL, Bancontact, BLIK, PIX, Kakao Pay, GCash and GrabPay. How long does Superbuy store items and what does QC cover?

Storage is free for 90 days from check-in, extendable for a fee, and includes three free inspection photos per item — six for Weidian. Standard inspection covers appearance, style, colour, size and model; detailed inspection and power-on testing are paid extras.
