Editorial Standards
Coverage
Coverage includes hands-on reviews, agent comparisons, shipping timing tables and buying guides for shopping agent users. Every byline must identify the actual author; a hands-on review must identify its reviewer and retain supporting records.How we choose what to test
Reader requests: items and agents most requested by readers each month
Cost range coverage: sample selection should cover all price bands, not only the most expensive listings
Volume focus: agents and item types that appear frequently in real user hauls
Open questions: claims about weight, sizing or delivery time that we can measure independently
Paid content and sponsorship
Payment must not buy reviews or influence scores. If a page is sponsored or produced with a commercial partner, a clear label will be placed at the top of the page, and the partner will be named in the first paragraph. Sponsored and promotional pages will not carry hands-on scores.Sourcing and attribution
Every scored review must name the agent, shipping line, item and order date, and keep receipts on file. Agent rate sheets and public fee pages will be quoted with the date we accessed them, as fees and coupons change without notice.Staff and contributors
Identify actual contributors and their relevant responsibilities. Contributor credits and any relevant commercial interests should be disclosed. No contributor will accept payment from any agent, marketplace seller or shipping line.Complaints
